This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me find a local food delivery number on my first stay, showing their dedication. I'm returning for Christmas!

The shower had great pressure, but the air-conditioning could definitely use an upgrade.

missingWrote a review on Dec 06friendly staffcramped layoutinconvenient access
The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The layout of the apartment felt cramped, especially with a large TV blocking the entrance, which was quite inconvenient at times. it would have been helpful to receive instructions on accessing the hotel after hours, as we encountered some confusion. Lastly, we faced major road closures on our departure date that the hotel could have informed us about in advance.

Unexpected challenges, yet enjoyable stay
The apartment was spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect base to explore the city. We loved the complimentary breakfast—fresh and plentiful, with friendly staff making the setup inviting!
Check-in was a bit of a hassle. the after-hours entry was confusing, and we had to find an alternate parking location that was less than convenient. It would have been helpful to receive clearer guidance.

The dining scene around here is lit! You’ve got The Gresham Bar just a stone's throw away for killer cocktails and Red Hook for some epic New York-style street food. The breakfast? Absolutely top-notch with a myriad of options to kickstart your day.
Everything about this place was much less than satisfactory. the leaking shower was a minor annoyance. it didn’t take away from the overall experience—cleanliness and a comfy mattress kept me smiling.

the place is definitely less than expected, having to give my credit card details over the phone? absurd! rooms are a bit cramped and the air conditioning? horrendous noise! i almost thought about leaving a good review, but no welcome gift or upgrade for the inconvenience. just unacceptable for a 'luxury' stay.

Convenient and Spacious Stay in Central Brisbane
I stayed in a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment with a modern kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to Central Station and Queen St Mall. Breakfast was a standout with a good variety, though a bit limited on options. One thing to improve would be having daily fresh towels provided, which was a bit disappointing. it’s great value for its central location!

Couples who enjoy comfort should stay here
The breakfast was a real highlight. We had such a delicious meal and it was personal. The staff were really good, went out of their way to accommodate us.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still decent enough for what we got.

Had such a lovely stay, especially enjoying the quiet room despite being in the city and the cozy breakfast nook with friendly ladies serving up a simple yet nice spread. There were plenty of chances to unwind, with a cute lounge area and the option to cook in the room. The only hiccup was the room's size felt a bit snug, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe. 😊

Perfect spot for exploring the city
I had an enjoyable stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our needs. The location was just ideal, being just a short walk from the Queen Street Mall and the riverside. Breakfast was a highlight with a good variety to choose from, and the staff in the breakfast room were truly accommodating. I wish there was a bit more dining variety since the breakfast selections became repetitive after a couple of days.

I had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the big TV for some late-night movie bingeing. The hotel also offers a cozy lounge and a nice pool area to unwind. The only downside was the fridge made a bit of noise, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all. 😊

great location , but misleading room size
The location was fantastic , making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Check-in was smooth, with friendly staff welcoming us upon arrival. The room, while small, had a cozy ambiance that made it uncomplicated to relax. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed for a quick nap.
The room size wasn't as advertised and felt cramped for the price.
